The air conditioner did not work, we ended leaving before midnight. First impression arriving in the morning. I woke up the cranky attendant with her graffiti hoody, looking a mess. I shouldn’t known better and walk away. I have to say, she let me check in early at 1:00 pm. $185 night wasted I still had to find a hotel to finish my stay. Hilton Honors for real 😳

Trust the negative reviews on this one. Spent 300$ for a suite that was dark, run down torn carpets, black mold in fridge and bathroom and smelled of cigarettes. We trusted the name not the reviews. I have never stayed at a Hampton Inn that was not top notch before until now.

I never do reviews. We had a broken toilet. We were told that this would be addressed that evening. Nobody came. in the morning the water was too cold to shower Desk staff assured us we would hear on Monday about compensation None has occurred We will never choose this hotel brand again

Great stay!

In the middle of a 9 hour car trip, the Hampton Inn was welcome stop. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and well furnished with everything I needed. Breakfast was very good too. I would definitely stay here again

I stay here because of the consistency of room cleanliness and comfortable bed and bedding is super. Check in was a little slow this time and the coffee area was lacking product. Also, my room only had one cup. Breakfast was good. I still find this hotel a good value.
