Liebe Verena-Frieda,Wir bedauern die Unannehmlichkeiten, die Ihnen entstanden sind. Zimmer müssen auf demselben Weg storniert werden, wie sie gebucht wurden. Das bedeutet, wenn die Buchung über einen Drittanbieter wie "ebookers Schweiz" erfolgt ist, muss auch die Stornierung über diesen Anbieter erfolgen. Leider haben wir als Hotel keinen Einfluss auf diesen Prozess.Wir hoffen, dass wir Sie ein anderes Mal im ibis Zürich City West willkommen heissen dürfen.
