A Dream Vacation
This house is beautiful, it’s an old Keys style home, nautical, clean, beautiful views, we spent most of our time in the pool. Great place to just get away and relax. Love that is was off the beaten path. The palm trees, coconuts and yard is beautiful. The owner answered us almost immediately for any needs or questions we had. Will definitely make this a yearly trip.

Very tropical
Location was great & property was lovely. We had a youth group & the kids enjoyed playing basketball & using the outdoor space. Felt like we stayed in someone’s home. The property owner was on property frequently & was very kind & welcoming. The house rules packet should have been sent before the cancellation window & was one of the most extensive I’ve ever encountered with a vacation rental. There were many security cameras on property, which made us uncomfortable given we had a few youth. I have no doubt they deal with all kinds of people, but it’s part of the gig when you offer your home as a vacation rental. The property manager needs some communication training as he was very short.

The house was a lovely place to stay. The pool, was a phenomenal spot to hang out. The owner, was an extremely friendly, helpful gentleman. the location of the property couldn’t be any better in terms of local spots to see, and places to eat at plus being very close to downtown Key West.

Beautiful property in a central location
Our family of six adults and three kids spent a week in the keys for Spring Break. We selected the property due to its location between Key West and Bahia Honda. When we weren't exploring the various locations, the home was beautiful and had plenty to offer during our stay. We utilized the pool, played basketball, fooseball and took our pups on walks of the property. The property manager was incredibly helpful with questions and prompt to respond. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Needs updating
Owner and property manager were nice and easy to communicate with. Property needs updating, was told the gate was working until we arrived and the gate was broken and was never fixed and is held shut by a bungee cord, other doors in the home barely locked and the owner stayed on the property while we were there. Security of the property was a concern for us since someone was in the storage cottage next to the home 6 feet away. Small bugs all over the home that infested any food that was not in the refrigerator. Location was nice as it is 20 minutes from Key West. Beautiful scenery of the ocean from the top deck. Beach access was advertised as down the road but it was a 1 foot location to put a foot in. The owner was very responsive to any questions until we told him the washer was broke and then he stopped responding.

Worst ever!
Horrible. Check in process was horrible. Gate did not work. Refrigerator did not work. Washing machine did not work. Pool was cold. House was dirty. Both showers were filthy and had massive amounts of paint chipping. Bathroom sinks had mold around them. Toilet did not flush properly. Paint chipped on multiple room walls and ceilings. Cobb webbs everywhere. Landscaping was a disaster. Marketed is a 5 bedroom house. However there were only 4 bedrooms and the 4th bedroom was 2 bunk beds with toys everywhere. You could barely turn around in that room. Very disappointing.

Location and property are great. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, but some of the common areas needed more love. Overall the house needed some work as there were many signs of age inside. The basketball hoop was also missing. Owner was on the property the entire week we stayed. He was friendly enough, but it was still kinda weird. More so, we noticed other people also on the property that seemed to be living in the RV parked near the main house. I was traveling with my family and some of them were a bit turned off by this. Not the most private place we’ve stayed at.

Fit the bill
This house was a great fit for our group. Althouth the pool was private and relaxing it needed to be warmer. We were disappointed that the whirlpool was not a hot tub. All in all we had alot of fun and would go back.

It worked out great for us. The owner was super nice and welcoming. The house has a bit of wear and tear, but it was clean and ready for us. The cameras were of no concern to us...but anyone thinking of adding extra people or pets on the down-low should skip this house.

A great weekend getaway
Me and family came down the KeyWest for a weekend trip and this house was in a very good location and offering a wide pool deck with an are where everyone can relax. The covered patio for all meals were a great for the whole family to eat together. The house was Joey nice and clean and the owner is there to help with anything.

What a value! Location was great to get to all the sights and activities of the lower keys. Neighborhood was fine. A little dated and worn, but clean and effort to make it cute was evident. The owner lives there in a trailer on the side of the property, but we scarcely saw him, other than him responding to a request and to graciously offer fruit he grew himself in the yard. I definately would stay there again.

3 nights 4 day rental
Check in was easy! Upon checking in there was bags of chips in the night stand, the AC did not work in the master, and we let the property owner know and it never got fixed the entire stay(3nights). Also we wanted to grill out and were told there was plenty of propane when we got there, there was 2 empty bottles so I called the property manager and he said there is some in his shed.(as a renter you shouldn’t have to dig through people’s property to find stuff) so I took it upon my self to exchange the propane and I paid for it! The property manager said he would give me cash but never did. There was minimal stuff in the house had to ask the property manager for trash bags, paper towels because there was not any in the house.
