Overall, a good stay! Excellent location! The facility is okay. Small room. The front desk (no lobby) was maned during office hours. The staff was very helpful. The cleaning staff didn't seem to vacuum well enough and missed my hair tie on the floor. The location is very convenient. For the price, it's a good value. We were out and about all day, so it's fine. We had a room that's well situated without much noise at night. We liked our stay.

A great place to stay in Sydney

The location could not be better - walkable to all the interesting sights and close to public transit. The staff was very accommodating and efficient, the beds were supportive but not hard, and the restaurant downstairs was a delight. I cannot imagine satying anywhere else in Sydney. The only issue we had was the loss of Internet during a storm, but that is hardly the hotel's fault.

Reasonably priced and very convenient room was spotless and if you are worrying about getting the train there town hall station is a 30 send walk walk away along with the tram station will use again

Great location!

The location of this hotel is wonderful, right at the same corner as the Queen Victoria Building in the CBD. It is steps from transit and walking distance to many many landmarks and attractions. The staff here were kind, helpful and generous with their time and expertise. Shout out to Travis who was a fount of knowledge about the areas we were visiting. One downside was the construction on the sidewalk right below our window. One night the jackhammering went on continuously from 10pm to 3am. Even without the jackhammering, the street noise is noticeable in the evening. Overall a good stay and would consider it again.

Twenty steps to Town Hall station, smack bang in the middle of everything, very convenient. Room was clean and tidy with the much needed super cold air conditioning for summer. Staff were very helpful especially Travis! My second visit to the hotel in 12 months.
