We arrived but had to get ready to go out as we were running late . Our room was hot as AC did not seemed to be working and control panel was confusing so luckily there was no hot water so had to have a cold one as we didn’t have time to wait for the situation to be resolved. Half glass full but still tad annoying

I enjoyed my 5 nights in a club access room within the hotel. The club room was excellent and the food was lovely. The condition of the room, bathroom was not 5 star. bathroom was very small with mould in the silicone, not much storage for clothes. But the bed was comfy, great for after having a big day out and about, had a great night sleep! Otherwise we had a great stay.

I had stayed here once before and found it to be ok. This was a horrible experience. Our bed had stains on the doonah, the room also smelt. On our 2nd night my 7 year old went to ask about a blanket as he was cold, it took 5 hours to get a blanket, arrived at 11.45pm! In the end I phoned room service and they assisted.

Great place, really nice to have a balcony room looking over Darling Harbour. Breakfast wasn’t great but not bad. Loved the roof bar, such a nice area to watch the sun set.
