I use a mobility scooter and had to beg the staff on a daily basis to bring it into the hotel. They made life very unpleasant for me every time I came through the door.

Cleanliness is poor. Bedding has lot of hair left from the previous user. Toilet roll is not replaced everyday. Balcony was not clean with lot of spider webs. Air conditioner in the bed rooms is not working properly. Chair for the office table is broken. Sofa is in bad shape. Corridor carpet is water stained. Overall cleanliness is poor.

Reception staff were completely useless, ordered food 2 times and the delivery driver gave them the room number, both times they told the driver to leave AND take the food, absolutely absurd behaviour. They were completely non apologetic to the point that I made a third order and sat in the lobby for an hour waiting for it to be delivered, watching the two receptionist's that were 'too busy' swear their heads off and converse whilst standing away from their computers, absolutely disgusting behaviour. I have never been so astounded by someones determination to be incompetent

Beds a bit hard , second tv in the bedroom didn’t work , had to reprogram the channels , it was so old it’s basically useless , but the main tv was a big new tv so can’t complain .

Haven’t visited this property for a few years now and I was pleased to see that the facility and staff were up to my expectations. The only issue from my perspective is the lack of cafes open at this time of the year be it breakfast or dinner. I do appreciate the kitchen facilities however if you are only there for a few days having dome food cafes open would be amazing.
