They upgraded the room to a 2 bedroom. Someone left their Netflix logged in. This helped me feel connected to someone as their viewing choices were like they reached into my soul. Great choice.

Conveniently located next to Southern Cross Metro Station and a short walk to North Sydney CBD and city transport this hotel is perfect for the family as a launchpad to greater Sydney. We'll definitely be back!

Very convenient

Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights, and we had included breakfast. The room was nice and plenty of selection at breakfast. When we checked in in the evening and went to have showers, there were only 2 towels despite the booking being for 4 people. We got more by going back down to the front desk. When housekeeping changed our towels each time, they would only leave 2 each time. The hotel was in a great location. Close to public transport and restaurants.

Great location for what we were there for. Beautiful hotel. Our room was 1 1/2 hrs late being ready for check in. We were exhausted. We were compensated with a free drink. There was food left in the mini fridge and stains on the sofa bed and sitting area chair.
