The breakfast was great. The rooms didn't seem to really be soundproof. Because the shower only had a partial wall, showering resulted in a lot of water on tile floor which was slippery and dangerous. If you have to mop the floor with your towels, you are not able to save the environment by reusing towels. The beds and pillows were ok, but not wonderful. The internet in the room was too slow to complete work. Moving to the then closed restaurant was better, but the ceiling dripped on me in more than 1 place.

Every aspect of our stay deserves 5 stars. A deluxe king room, overlooking the street suited us perfectly. We also ate diner there each night. Being in our 80’s we were too tired to go out and we were not disappointed. Very friendly staff, prompt service and great food. The last evening eating in our room watching the full moon rise was perfect. Having a hot breakfast each day was a bonus. Thumbs up from us. Helen & Gordon.

We stayed in Song hotel for a week with my visitors from Canada after our flight to Brisbane was cancelled due to the Cyclone Alfred. The staff are very helpful esps Kis and Dale. We enjoyed our stay and will definately book again in our next visit in Sydney..

This is a very comfortable hotel. The room was well appointed and I really enjoyed looking onto the interior courtyard of tropical plants. The bed was particularly comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, from the wide variety of quality items to the seating options by the window. Great stay!

Would recommend for a few day stay.

Everything was good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Restaurants in the area are a bit limited. Lots of Asian ones to choose from but not a lot else. We'd already spent a few days up near Circular Quay so this was on an area we wanted to see a bit away from there.

Great, clean, dysfunctional bathroom...

The staff was wonderful and helped with ideas of places to go which were within walking distance of the hotel. My only complaint is the bathroom is not well planned. The tub/shower is dangerous as it has no grab bars at all. It is also tall and hard to get into and out of. The sink area was extremely minimal with nowhere to sit anything. Our cruise bathroom was probably 3/4 or smaller than the size of this bathroom, yet was planned extremely well to have more counter space and more places to put things.
