The private outdoor area boasts a covered terrace, and you can spend the evenings with tasty barbecued meats or fresh fish in the communal outdoor dining area. Only a 6-minute walk (600 m) away along a footpath, you will get to the residence’s private beach, where you can lie in the sun and take refreshing swims in the lake while enjoying the wonderful mountain panorama. The nearest supermarket and a restaurant serving local dishes can be found a 3-minute drive (2.1 km) in Taching am See. Waging am See, a quaint town on the Waginger See with many cafés and restaurants, is located a 10-minute drive (6.2 km) from the apartment. Furthermore, Mozart’s native town Salzburg can be reached after a 40-minute drive (37 km), and the famous lake Chiemsee is a 25-minute drive (25 km) west of Mauerham.
