The location was conveniently near the downtown area with plenty of restaurants to choose from and right beside the SM Mall. The hotel staff was extremely nice, polite snd accommodating.
The water was not safe for anything. It came out of the pipes with a strong and bad smell and also black. They couldn't move us to another room as they said they were also affected. Don't take the chance unless you only want to sleep and not take a shower, or wash your face or even use the toilet. Stay else where.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The room was good size and fairly clean. The WiFi is substandard, weak signal and constantly being kicked off. Stayed 3 days and no one came to clean room even after my request.
hotel would appear unfinished no dining facilaties present and looks as if the hotel isnt quite finished yet. rooms are basic no drinking water in rooms so you have to buy 1ltr bottles from the hotel reception, an hour after arriving power cut and then took 15mins to power generator up, area around hotel is sparce on things to do no bars or resturants apart from a jollibee and mcdonalds there is a small shopping mall but ltd hours, could not find any 7 elevens in the area but plenty of builders merchants and 2nd hand colthes shops and drug stores. only stayed 1 night out of 5 as was not impressed
They had major construction going on outside right in front of the building.Block the parking and you had to walk over it to get to the building. Although this wasn't there fault, it was still inconvenient. The water had to run because when you first turned it on it was brown. No water pressure in the shower head. Didn't know we were told that we had to pay for a towel. Over all not a good experience.
