Good stay in Brandon

Good experience at the country inn and suites. Hotel staff was friendly. Rooms and property were clean. Included a decent breakfast bar that included hot and cold choices. Location was perfect for this particular business trip. I would stay here again

The room had a hole in the ceiling and the water pressure is very low, also it smelled. Move to 2nd room, same smell, the sheets had a hole and the pillows are flat. Asked the manager to replace and change said items, never done. My wife used the iron and it stained her new dress. No contact from management yet

Property was miss leading from pictures. I was desperate for a room so had to stay. Room was dirty, felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. I sleep in my all my clothes. In my opinion the room was over priced. Also hotel charges $100 deposit which I’m still waiting to be release back to my credit card, with a $4 fee??

I should have checked the Google reviews and not relied on the Expedia reviews. This hotel is dated and dirty looking. The first thing you notice walking into the lobby was the smell of weed. The front desk woman was nice but didn't give any information like Wifi password, info about breakfast, etc. The room itself was very dated and stunk of mildew!! The moment I walked into the room my allergies flared up! The bathroom had makeup on the walls, the mirror...the bottom of the tub was gross looking. I would not recommend this hotel. Overall I'm very disappointed in Expedia and I won't be using them going forward for hotel service.
