the front desk person who checked us in was rude, didn’t say more than 3 words to us the whole time. She completely ignored us when we asked her a question about parking. The elevator maintenance certificate/inspection was expired since august 2024! felt very dirty, unkept, and sketchy all around.

When we arrive, we were told the property was fully booked and they didn’t even have a room for us. They finally found us a room on the third floor and it turns out three doors down from our room in two separate rooms. People left dogs that were barking nonstop. I don’t have a problem with dogs, but these people were supposed to have been booked on the first floor and never disclosed That they were bringing dogs. These dogs barked nonstop and when I complained, they told me there were no other rooms available. The staff was rude as hell. Finally, a night manager got involved and said he would give us someone else’s room that had not arrived yet and deal with the consequences later which was proper. Finally, the air conditioning did not work, we had 5 to 6 living roaches, crawling in the bed and the room, and unfortunately there were no other rooms so we were stuck. My kids were petrified. The hotel did not care and refused to do anything. Do not stay here. I am now fighting with my credit card for my money back.

Best La Quinta we have stayed in. Fabulous room - better than any other LQ, and Receptionist also really helpful. Full info provided at check in. Masses of parking, and many shops close to hotel. Will stay there again!

The hotel was fine for one night, clean enough to sleep in. But there was an issue with the room key it did not work and kept getting locked out. Every time the staff claimed it was fixed it would not be. Would not stay here more than 1 night, expensive for the quality.
