Taken money twice and no help from hotel
I spent couple of days at this hotel and at the time was happy with the hotel and location was ideal for what we wanted to use it for. I booked through Expedia and on check out I said the hotel should be pad for already, the receptionist said no the money held s only for security and I need to pay. When I went to pay the receptionist tried to charge me 20 euros more then agreed but I didn't notice and put my chip and pin in and paid. He then apologised and gave me back 20 Euros in cash. However when I got back home from my travels I noticed hotel charged me twice, once on my chip and pin and once automatic.
I rang the hotel 3 times and eventually agreed I am owed money, they asked for account to refund and no refund was given. I spent many days emailing with no response after agreeing to pay me back and then decided to go through my credit card dispute department. The dispute department is now delayed as the hotel is not responded to them. I am extremely frustrated that the hotel has such poor customer service and does not give me the money I am owed.
I would never use this place again and would not recommend unless you want to be ripped off. However hotel itself was nice, room was clean and at the time was happy with my stay. Breakfast was also good.
