Property itself was great, a little smaller than pictures made it seem so made for a tight fit on the main floor but we spent most of our time outside and in Telluride so it was ok. The Vacasa reps, at least the first two, did not follow up with me regarding my request for an early checkin. They failed to tell me that the local property mgmt team could be contacted directly the day prior to confirm. This info and their contact info was not provided to me until I called back a 3rd time, the morning of our arrival. It would’ve been nice to confirm an early checkin in advance to coordinate better our arrival time and with the other groups traveling. My overall complaint is with Vacasa and their customer service. It took an unanswered email and three phone calls with some lengthy hold time to get the info I needed.
