Lupine Ranch - Wine Country Guest House

Expérience pays vivant près de la ville historique de Templeton, exactement à mi-chemin entre Los Angeles et San Francisco. Ceci est au cœur de la région viticole de la côte centrale. Le lupin Ranch se compose de 300 acres privés de collines couvertes de chênes - que vous pourrez utiliser pour de longues randonnées et des pique-niques détendue.

La Guest House à Lupine Ranch dispose de deux chambres, chacune avec un lit king et 2 salles de bains, une cuisine complète et un salon expansive. La maison dispose d'un arbre patio ombragé avec de superbes vues parfait pour se prélasser après-midi, des soirées barbecue et tard dans la nuit observation des étoiles. Il est également feu de camp (seulement en hiver) et un tribunal de règlement de la pétanque.

Les activités comprennent des dégustations de vins dans les vignobles de classe mondiale à proximité, le vélo sur les routes de l'arrière-pays, ou au golf à l'un des domaines difficiles cours. Visitez l'un des secteurs du marché de renommée agriculteur plein de produits locaux frais, viandes, pains et autres produits. Conduire à des villes côtières de Cambria, Morro Bay, ou San Simian, seulement +/- 40 miles, et de visiter le magnifique littoral ou Hearst Castle. Pleasant stay
The house was large, well maintained and clean, located into beautiful hilly country. We had the pleasure to watch horses on the property. We also had the chance to see some wildlife (hare). We also enjoyed walking the hills.

Serene and Relaxing
We had a wonderful stay at Lupine Ranch! We were in the location for a Spartan Race, so we needed a comfortable place to stay that was near the race. The Ranch was perfect! We were able to cook an early breakfast and relax after the run. Our host was very helpful, communicative, and accommodating the entire visit. We ran into some issues which caused a late arrival, but our host accommodated our late check in without any issues. We really appreciated the more rural location as it was very peaceful and calm. The house worked great for our group of 3 and was very comfortable. We appreciated the 2 full bathrooms for showers and privacy. If we, or anyone we know is booking something in the area, I would highly recommend Lupine Ranch!

Spacious, private, quiet, unique. We loved watching the sunset from the top of the "world", strolling along deserted dirt roads through the fields and under the oaks, watching the skys for redtail hawks as the ground squirrels scurry for shelter. Yes, Will is a great host, and Steve is fun to talk to.

The house is perfect for a family with two bedrooms two baths. There are also two living rooms There were a couple of downsides. No TV, so bring your devices for streaming. The furniture is all well used. It would’ve felt a lot more welcoming if there had been some basics like makings for coffee, etc.. However, my bed was amazing and I slept better than I sleep

Perfect stay near Paso Robles
We had a great time at the ranch house! We we're two families, each of two adults and a toddler. The house was perfect for us. It is very spacious and well organized, and is essentially composed of two unites that are connected together (the kitchen being in one of them). So it's perfect for two families who want to spend time together. The location is fantastic. The house sits on a huge property, with hills and trails surrounding it, and is right next to many vineyards. Still, it is only a short ten minute drive to Paso Robles. Will has been great in communicating everything before and during our stay. We will certainly stay in the ranch house again next time we're in the area!

My husband and I came with my 88 year old FIL. Perfect location for some peace and quiet. The home is quit large and allowed privacy for each of us, bedrooms and baths were on opposite sides of the home Nice to come back here each day to just relax and unwind. Location in the middle of fields but like 10min from Trader Joes.

We had a great time at the house! It was a special treat for our city kids to be able to stay in the country and run around outside to their heart’s content. Plenty for the adults to enjoy in the outdoors as well, particularly the patio with bbq. Beautiful views. I regret that we didn’t get to explore more of the property! Even though it’s quiet and out of the way, we found it easy to get to Paso and the surrounding area. The house is quite large- basically two small homes connected together. We had plenty of space, and the two sides of the house worked very well when we needed a quiet working area and a louder play area. I appreciated the walk through with Will when we arrived so we felt informed and comfortable with everything. The house was well appointed with basic necessities. I think my only complaint was that the tile floors were harsh on my feet- just should have brought some slippers or other indoor footwear. We would definitely stay again if we were back in the area!

Went to Paso for a weekend getaway. Check in was very easy, owner met us at the house to give us a run down. Property is beautiful, clean, & quiet. 15 minute drive to the downtown city park. Great location! Will definitely return and I can't recommend this home enough.

Quiet lovely place to relax from the city
Loved it. It was a nice quiet place with rolling hill all around the property. A nice place to get away from TV and just relax. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and dining room big. There just was no body soap. Good thing I brought my own and the bathroom rug should be replaced. But these were minor issues. I would come again.

Peace on the Ranch
I went to this location for its peace and quiet. A spacious ranch guest with two bathrooms and two bedrooms provided needed tranquility. The owner was great. House was opened Cooked my breakfast and made coffee. One night enjoyed a glass of 13 year old zin with appetizers on the patio and watched the sunset.

Fun Family Stay
We planned a visit to the area to visit my sister ( 4 Adults 2 Children 5 years and 9 months) . Contact with The Owner (Will) was easy and problem free. Will also met us at the house for check in and a quick tour ( he lives on the ranch). House is situated in very quiet ranch setting surrounded by vineyards. Very relaxing and beautiful sunsets. The house has everything you need but was a little short on decent pots, pans etc. but not a deal breaker. As I stated at first we were visiting my sister who lives in the area and we would definitely stay at Lupine Ranch again

A great place for a family gathering
The house was perfect for a family graduation party and the setting is beautiful. We were able to prepare in the kitchen and gather in the living area and patio. Perfect for what we needed! Everything was very clean and convenient. The location is very peaceful and away from the crowd. I will most definitely come back, but this time, for a longer stay.

The accommodations were great; we had the house to ourselves, and I brought my sister up for bonding time. Great spot to tuck away for a few days, and just far enough away from everything, a rural setting, and thoughts running through my head of what early California was once like. Just as advertised. Will is a wonderful host. The wildflowers at this time of year are breathtakingly beautiful. Hubby loved the magpies and expansive views. Kitchen supplies are rudimentary, but with all the amazing local eateries, who cares. Do try Taste in Paso!!!

Beautiful stay in the hills
We had a great time at this cozy quiet location. The property allows for relaxing walks, and enjoying family time. Check-in was very easy, the owner was easy to communicate with, and met us to explain how the property works since you are on several acreage of land. The unit felt very safe for kids. There is a pack and play available for use along with a cot that would fit a small child. We loved our stay and hope to be back.
