Oh my Lord, the home was absolutely beautiful, as were the views. It was a dreamy-place for our big family to safely vacation during the pandemic. We cooked a lot and swam and just enjoyed ourselves. Would absolutely recommend. Here are my suggestions:
- the house is gorgeous, enjoy yourself.
- take a detailed look around when you arrive, specifically test ALL the toilets and faucets. Also ask for instructions to test the pool lights. We found multiple items that functioned as if they hadn't been used in a while (although they were spotless and beautiful) and luckily, we caught issues before the 24-hour reporting deadline for it not to be considered "damages." These were immediately handled -- the rental company sent a plumber over promptly, but it would be scary/uncomfortable to find these after that deadline simply because there are so many faucets or toilets.
- Google Maps will likely take you to a dead-end road that is abutting the property but won't get you there to the entrance. No biggie! Just expect this and eye the map as soon as you're two minutes out from the property. It's easy to see the alternative turn about 100 yards down the road.
