They put us in an indoor pool side room, I’d recommend moving, others playing until 10p at night and the whole area echoed so it was VERY LOUD, very strong smell of chemicals from pool. Refrigerator didn’t work nor was it clean. Location was convenient but wouldn’t stay near the pool!

It's alright for what you pay for. Im just annoyed that on top of what i paid i had a hidden $25 a night parking fee to park in their parking lot. No valet. They acting like they were tight on space. Empty parking lot for the most park.

It was awful. Our room was in the basement. The room was dirty. The elevator didn’t work. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. The beds were very uncomfortable. We won’t be staying there again…ever.

Not a great stay
Rudest front desk person ever!! Honestly they should let you know before you book that there is no way to get a city view room there is construction right out front and they start early even on a Saturday! We arrived 2 hours early as traffic was better than expected. Was told very rudely that no rooms would be ready before 3 and we had to wait. Didn’t ask to check our bags for us. Didn’t ask our names and if they got it done before to call us. Technically it was 2 EST where we drove from. The lady working the front desk seemed like she didn’t care. The $22 a day for parking is a joke! They didn’t stop people from Parking there on game day. The entire place smelled like pot and over all horrible experience. The construction in front of the property should be told to us when booking! I attached a photo of the view we paid extra for!

Great location for the activities I had planned for myself. The Continental breakfast was very good. I only wish they served sausage for more than one day I was there but definitely appreciated the variety of options I had.

A little outdated hotel. Didnt realize it was a 2 star hotel till after booking and paying for it and checking into the hotel. For the price of the room i expected more.
