The villa is an ideal size for two adults (and two children) but is a little old fashioned although quite a bit of updating has been done. There are new sofas, new flooring and new air conditioning units. The main bathroom has been refurbished with an excellent shower. There are plenty of towels, for use both indoors and out. The main bedroom has a small double bed and the mattress was too soft for us.
The kitchen had all the essential equipment though it would have been nice if some basics, such as salt, sugar, oil, etc. had been left for guests.
There was also a tendency for fuses to trip, depending on how many sockets were in use.
The villa sits on a large plot in a quiet cul de sac. The garden is laid mainly to gravel - not really comfortable - and the garden itself could do with some T L C.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the villa despite some shortcomings. I should have read the information more carefully - I hadn’t brought a hairdryer with me and would have realised one wasn’t provided.
A car is recommended since the area is very hilly.
Gastrobar 21 is a 15 walk from the villa and well worth a visit.
