Unexpected stay during a storm. People are friendly, the room was clean. The layout of the hotel was confusing. Noisy at night due to noise of doors between wings. Shower was confusing to use. Better snow removal would have been appreciated and expected.

The common area in the hotel is very nice. Breakfast is grab-n-go with convenient items. The hotel has been mostly renovated to be more modern. Simple and clean construction. Nothing fancy but nice. Bathrooms are very basic.

Best hotel we have stayed in in a while now.

The hotel is very nice. Clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, nice restaurant on-site. Easy check in and out process. We had two rooms and were able to be next door. The lobby smelled weird but the rest was nice! Definitely stay here again.

The lobby is really beautiful and grand! And the rooms are nicely appointed. I like that there is a balcony to the room we are in. We have a view of the river. The room is very clean and the sheets are soft. Very happy!

The breakfast was just a paper bag full of bagels and Jimmy dean sandwiches. They said they had a cafe but it wasn’t even unpacked or opened so couldn’t even go. Overall the service was great and we stayed in the “new building” which was nice and upgraded and very spacious.
