We had 2 things about this listing whick made us pick it, a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Being a large group, those were very important. After cheking in, we realized the washer didn't work. That was Sunday when I called the number given for problems and had to leave an electronic message about the issue. On Tuesday, I still hadn't heard anything so I left another message which was responded to. It only asked me to be patient. I don't know how long I was expected to be patient but I NEVER received another message and the problem was not fixed. So two very important wants eere not fulfilled! I did call back on Wednesday and was told the messages go through an answering service who then relays the problems to a "local" office. This local office sucks! It left us feeling like they didn't care about our problems, after all, they already had our money. I don't know if I'll use VRBO again.
