Great hotel in excellent location. Hotel is really new so everything is in excellent conditions. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Also parking is safe. Strongly recommended.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel. The hotel is new or newly renovated, so it looks nice. It's conveniently located right off of Revolucion. There are several bars, restaurants, and shops very close. There are a few problems with the hotel though. First, they have no heating system, so the guest rooms are very cold being winter. The hotel ran out of blankets because everybody was needing them. I will not stay here again during the cold season. The next complain I have is from my previous stay, but I got a new tattoo while I was staying there. During the night blood came though the bandage and got onto the fitted sheet. The sheets were standard plain white sheets that could have been purchased retail as a full set at Walmart for $28.99. They charged me $50.00 US without even trying to clean it, which could have been done. My final complaint is there is a lack of parking. Both trips I had to pay for my own parking across the street, because their lot was full.

One major drawback at this hotel that I just realized is there is no heat in the rooms. It does get unbearably cold now, especially in the winter season.

Finding the Hotel was a bit confusing, ones we were there the bell man “Baldomero” was amazing he made us feel welcome. He was extremely helpful. Room was beautiful and clean, The only downside was that we were next to the street it was a bit noisy had a hard time sleeping at night. Overall I would definitely recommend this place has great amenities and walking distance from restaurants and stores.

Nice place and good location
Nice modern rooms right around the corner from the main tourist street in TJ. Walls are very thin though and you can hear everything from drunk people coming back loudly late at night. Also the booking said that breakfast was included, but they would not honor it

The hotel was really nice!! Front desk service was amazing. Check in was fast and the attendant at the front desk was very informative with what is available on the property. The room we stayed in was a double queen bed. It was huge! Very spacious clean and had a view of the street since we stayed in December the room did get extremely cold. That’s possibly the only downside to this hotel. To anyone staying at this hotel look in the dresser drawer for a warm blanket, unfortunately we did not find this blanket until we were getting ready to leave the next morning. I did send my husband down to the front desk to ask for another blanket in the middle of the night and we were given another comforter, not a warm blanket. So We were very cold throughout the night aside from that. It was a great stay. Next time we are in town we are definitely staying here again hopefully for more than one night.
