I tried to check in at around 00:45-100am on Friday 13 December and there I was greeted by a rude unhelpful man that refused me access and insisted I pay again to get the room. Clearly trying to take advantage of me being alone. Room had already been paid in full.

Hacia mucho frio en el cuarto aun en septiembre y la cobija era casi tan delgada como una sabana. Pedimos otra mas y no nos pudieron brindar ayuda con eso ni tampoco con el agua de la ducha que salio fria (la llave de agua caliente no funcionĆ³). Decepcionante
