I had made reservations for 2 days at this property. I contacted the hotel, and said I would be coming in late the first night. They said my reservation was good until 2 a.m. I arrived around 12:30 a.m., and the desk clerk told me there were no rooms available because they double booked for that night. She said I would have to contact Expedia to resolve the problem. She didn't even offer to find another hotel locally for me. So I went out on my own and found one. The cost of this hotel was double for the night. The next day I went to check in at the original hotel, and told the desk clerk what had happened the previous night. She said the other clerk should've called around and found me another hotel that night (which she didn't do). Of course the Manager was not around either day to resolve this problem. They of course have not refunded me my funds for the first night, and should've offered me to pay for the other hotel, since it was their fault in the first place. Needless to say, I wasn't a happy camper. Worst experience I've had in a long time with a reservation.

The place was musty and the carpet had not been cleaned! Every time the air conditioner ran there was a foul smell. The carpet was damp sheets were damp even on the bed. There was a lot of noise outside our room and the hallway smelled heavily of weed. I was unable to sleep and we shortened our stay and left a day early. The staff was friendly, The Lobby was clean and neat and it was very nice having a Denny's right in the hotel. I think if they could get the musty smell out of the rooms it would make a world of difference

It was a mess
The hot water was out and no one had told me about it. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable that only slept for 2 hours. Checked out early because of it. I won't be staying here again.

Less than desirable. The key cards reset themselves every time you left the room. The front desk was accommodating in resetting them. The room I was in lost hot water and they moved me. The room they moved me too was not stocked with toilet paper and the floor was dirty also smelled like mold the whole time. The air conditioner didn’t work like it should have and barely kept the room cool. The restroom that is used for the restaurant only had one working sink but the no working one wasn’t even wiped out, drain was full of hair. The carpets were very dirty. Very limited on towels available in the room.

Arrived late due flight delayed. Staff was nice and understandable. When entering the room, it looked clean and safe but it was not entirely. Safe - door was missing the door swing bar for "extra protection". So tired so we just put the table and the sofa across to avoid an incident. Noisy - Not very good insulation. Able to hear next room conversation or "activity". People walking on hall and taking felt like having them inside the room. Cleanliness - Microwave had residues of food and smelly. Sink and bathtub - water not flowing (draining) fast so needed to take shower or wash hands in parts for water to go. What I like.... Denny's right next door.

I have been using Expedia for years, probably 30 years. This place was so disgusting and dirty and unsafe and so Horrifying. It’s amazing that it is still open. If I was not so tired, I would’ve done something about it, but this was so foul.

We stayed sunday night 20th and receptionist was awesome but when we came back and stayed friday 25th, receptionist rude and unhelpful. People were hanging out by cars and sitting on peoples cars. There was a female curled up in the bishes at entrance.

El hotel esta en muy buena ubicasion pero la limpiesa, y el oior en los pasillos y en los cuartos no es muy agradable. en la promosion ofresen desayuno que nunca lo servieron. A la hora de registrarse era a las 4pm llegamos a las 3:50 y nos isieron esperar hasta despues de las 4, no habia nadie en el loby y la resecionista no estaba haciendo nada. Nunca volvere a este hotel y no lo recomiendo para nada.

I did not even get to check in because my sister had gotten before us (we were staying one night to board a cruise the next morning). She reported there was a half eaten pizza crust in their room with bugs on it. There was a terrible mildew smell and visible mildew. When reported to the front desk (with me on speaker phone), the lady at the desk started saying my sister was lying and called the cops on my sister. The cops agreed with my sister and told us both to just get our money back, which we did. But, I would not attempt to stay here again. My daugther and niece (both who were traveling with my sister) confirmed the conditions and said they were scared to even sit on the bed because of how dirty it was, and was worried about bed bugs.

Dirtiest Place on Earth
The first room we got had not been cleaned yet. The second room had been cleaned but smelled like cat urine and had stains on the carpet, sheets, bathroom tiles. It was absolutely disgusting. We slept in our clothes on and skipped the shower in the morning. We will never ever stay there again and definitely don't recommend that place to anyone. Even a homeless person deserves better than that.
