Excellent stay!

Traveling with family. Excellent stay, room is clean, bathroom is spacious and clean. Amenities are great. We did not get a chance to try the bath, but hotel is nice and convenient. Staff is extremely helpful. Walking distance to shops and ueno train station.

Perfect for families

Great hotel for families just across from Ueno park. We booked the large room with two bunk beds above and it was great for our 4 and 6 year old kids. Plenty of space to hang out in the room and we loved watching the park from the window. Such sweet service from the front desk. I just wish they had more options in the cafe for breakfast!

Loved the roof top onsen and the facilities. The coffee shop in the lobby was a great bonus for us. The location was excellent with restaurants and the public transport lines so close by. Nice to be opposite the park too.

This hotel was close to everything. It’s right across Ueno Park and very close to shopping and restaurants as well as the subway. The hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. I would definitely come back.

The room is spacious and the hot spring on the top floor has a great view. But it is closed by midnight, so if you won’t be able to enter if you return late.

We really enjoyed our stay, great location close to everything, rooms were good size, clean and new. The only thing to improve which is minor but would have liked fresh towels after a couple of days as they didnt dry very well.
