Do not ask for help
Overall condition of the room is good, but the curtain inside the shower can see the hairs still stuck in the roll. Asked for help to call a restaurant to change a reservation time, but they said NO, didnt help out. A bit disappointed even though not busy at that moment. Lastly, the elevator took a bit time to wait, prepare for the wait.

The room is small but it’s a pretty good place to stay at for a few days in Tokyo. Close to the station, although not the main ones but I still found it easy to get to places. It’s much quieter in the evening compared to Shinjuku or Shibuya, so if you prefer a quieter night then this is not a bad place to stay at. Easy check-in and out. Room was comfortable to stay in.

It was an awesome hotel right in the heart of Tokyo with easy access to everything the city has to offer. The room is small but cozy, perfect for a solo traveler. Unfortunately the hotel does not have coin laundry, and the laundry service it provides is not the cheapest. That would be a great addition for guests who want to stay for longer.

Excellent hotel. Decent room size for Japan, very close to shopping/dining in Roppongi Hills and metro system. They give you the option of a eco cleaning where they leave new towels outside your door which I loved and the facilities were very clean and well maintained. Will stay here again.

Overall, a reasonable stay. We arrived early and were hoping for an early check in but not possible. Rooms are pretty small and tight, but ok for Tokyo. Was disappointed however that the staff on the night before we due to leave would not call and reserve us a taxi for the morning of our flight. Gave us a number to call. That's just wrong.
