we had a great stay, in all respects. Then again, we were surprised that this hotel - so nice in many respects - had a guest room with very worn carpet - actually worn through completely in one place. that was disappointing . otherwise it was great!

My room was too small and we could hardly fit our two suitcases. Also, there is a sewerage smell in the hallway every time we use the bathrooms.

2nd time in this hotel. Location is very convenient and the train station is right outside the hotel and Ginza a just a short walk away. Airport limousine stops right at the driveway. Very quiet location but not much food outlets in the vicinity, unlike Shinjuku area.
