Everything is excellent and met our expectations except the breakfast black lady, she is very rude to my 12 years daughter, picked everything on her, such as not close hot pot lids, not clean up afterwards.My daughter even didn’t take anything from hot meal pot, it was someone left open and my daughter was just left alone to pick out her food, so she rudely asked my daughter to close the lids. My daughter came to me with tears and told me she can’t easily knew it was not her left open because she can see the food from her plate. The lady constantly gave my daughter dirty looks. Bad services, definitely not returning. Hopefully management can approve staffing training and attitude to serve better. That’s why I gave 1 star overall

Was just a quick overnight stay. Rooms are clean and the showers have a nice pressure, I enjoyed there shampoo, conditioner, and body wash line that was supplied. There’s not much around however and again, it was just for a quick stay. Will note that the pillows were extremely comfortable.

Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by a very friendly staff member at the registration desk who was polite, and welcoming. The hotel was clean and fairly modern, and the continental breakfast had excellent options! The room beside ours had very clearly been pried open (likely by the local fire department), and was heavily damaged, and adorned with duct tape and a padlock. While the room was unoccupied, it was a bit unnerving for my children to see the condition of the door of this room and know that it was one that adjoined to ours. The gym was small, but very clean and well-maintained. The equipment was quite high quality and all three machines (treadmill, elliptical, and recumbent bike) worked very well. The mirrored wall was heavily damaged with very large spiderweb cracks in one entire panel (approximately one-third) of the wall. The hotel pool was located in a warm area, and although quite small, it was quiet, as there were no other occupants. The temperature was good, although the amount of chlorination affected my children’s eyes and they weren’t able to swim for long. Our room was very clean and well-maintained. When we realized that the television remote was not working, a quick visit to the front desk had them fix the issue by replacing it within moments. The staff were very accommodating, and pleasant to deal with! Overall, I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others!

Sheer waste of money
The room lacked all facilities like microwave which is a basic requirement and no complimentary snack was provided despite me being a Marriot Bonvoy Member. The breakfast was dismal with hardly any choice of food to eat and they were more keen in closing it down rather than welcoming guests. Toilet walls were amazingly run down and the carpet in trim Was old and dilapidated.

Overall, not a bad hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was a little soft for my taste, but they do provide both hard and soft pillows. Standard breakfast is available each morning and the staff were nice enough to let me get some juice a little early on the day we left. One nice thing I've never seen in a hotel before - One of the HDMI ports for the TV is mounted on the wall under the TV to make it easier to connect a streaming device. My only complaints (and they're pretty minor) - the walls are paper thin, which is pretty much standard in any cheaper hotel. Wouldn't have been a problem if not for the neighbors blasting their music at 2am (which the front desk did take care of quickly when I complained). The toilet is REALLY low. Like I felt like I was falling onto the floor low... And there really needs to be side tables at the bed and not just the center stand. Kind of difficult when both people wear glasses and there's nowhere to put them.
