I called to inquire about taking my 18.5 year old son to the steak restaurant prior to booking with the property via Expedia. I was advised it was ok. When I attempted to take him to the restaurant he wasn't allowed to attend as the only access was through the casino floor. When I went to advise the front desk someone had provided the wrong information, I was advised that was "improbable" but that I could go to my room have my son look at the tv for the menu and then go downstairs to order the food to go...I went upstairs (4th floor)and there was no menu for the steak restaurant and when I called back downstairs, I was called a liar...that we never discussed the steak restaurant. This is not the place to stay for service!

Miss representing

There was no airport transportation. I had to pay $45 for a taxi. Nobody was answering the phone. I called 3 times. The walk to reception is far from the main entrance. Then the walk to the elevator to get to your room is another hike. On the website it doesn’t mention the resort fee $25. No breakfast included in that. The rooms were nice but I will never stay here again. I feel that someone should pay me my $45 back. Update the site saying that the airport shuttle stops at 9pm.
