Our flight got delayed a day, so we needed a hotel fast. Was easy to book. Check in went reall fast, and we even got offered a baged breakfast, as we had to leave before breakfast was served. And the shuttle goes every half hour, very convenient

There were several things inside and outside the room (like a fridge that constantly had a high pitch sound, car alarms from the lot next door going off at night all the time, extremely loud heater turning on intermittently) that ruined our sleep every day. Parking was an additional $28 (not mentioned on Expedia) per night and the parking lot was mostly full during the stay forcing us to pay them only to park in the hotel next door. Customer service at the front desk was average. Only positive was the breakfast and the staff there.

Third party purchase didnt identify the King room I reserved. Given 2 twins. Promptly fixed but was a hassel after a long flight with a delay and unexpected fuel stop at JFK. No restaurants near the hotel.
