From the minute we walked in we felt welcomed and spoiled. Joshua provided us with complimentary drinks for my birthday. Jamie the bartender was amazing. George, the chef brought me a dessert platter - again complimentary! The room was clean and cozy. Location perfect. We’ll be back. Thank you.

The staff is very nice and attentive. The hotel lobby is animated and has a great bar/restaurant and a Starbucks on premises - very nice. The surroundings are perfect with many restaurants and theaters - and safe. But the rooms are dark and old - they need updating urgently.

Enjoyed our stay! Expedia said there would be a pullout couch in the room (there was not), but we made it work with the two queen beds. Not the fault of the property. Great location for the production we went to nearby. Would stay here again!

Vey nice hotel except there were two hairs on the shower wall and our room was beside the elevator shaft and it was very loud every time the elevator was in use. The hotel did allow complimentary later check out and adjusted my parking to stay an extra hour on day of check out as well, which was great!

The room was fairly standard but it was generally clean. The staff were great, i mentioned we were there in the city for my daughters birthday and they sent up a piece of cake and a card wishing her a happy birthday. Overall our stay was enjoyable.
