Nice place in the heart of the city.
We really enjoyed experiencing being in the heart of a big city, and this high-rise was perfect for that. Great view (if you are not afraid of height) and steps away from everything. The place was nice, and clean. There was an issue with the original unit, which we were not happy about, but the owner/manager did their best to fix, so it was all good in the end. One star minus for the check-in process, as the keys were at a different location, and it is hard to find a parking spot there, and the description for finding the parking spot, and then the unit in the building is not entirely correct. Overall, I would rent it again.

Great location
The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Note that the second bedroom is not actually a room, but can be made private with sliding doors (one of them did not work well). Some of the furniture could use an update but not a show stopper. The location is excellent and having dedicated parking in the building was a plus.

Amazing location, perfect to go watch blue jays games and take in the down town sights. Host was very accommodating allowing us to have early check in and a late check out. However our fridge didn't work which was a little annoying.

Great location !
Nice unit in an Amazing location. Great view of CN Tower and all the night lights Close to Roger Centre Ripley Aquarium and many restaurants! We didn’t use but saw city site seeing buses picking up and dropping off close to us The host was easy to reach and very helpful.

Perfect Toronto location
My daughter and I were in town for her 23rd birthday. We had an amazing time! The apartment was in a great location. We were less than a block from Rogers Stadium, and a short walk to Scotia Bank Arena and Union station. It was easy to navigate the area and access the subway and cable car system. The apartment was well stocked and comfortable. I highly recommend the apartment.

Not as described - only 1 bedroom, absolutely cannot sleep 7
This unit claims to be a 2 bedroom unit with 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, and a twin bed in the living room, for a total of 4 beds. I booked this suite for 5 people based on this information and the claim that this unit could sleep up to 7 individuals. When we arrived, it turns out the unit is only 1 bedroom. Thankfully I had another VRBO booked elsewhere in the city, so 2 of our party were able to stay at the other unit. The queen bed slats were broken and we had to rig the bed together to support the mattress. The sofa bed and twin bed were uncomfortable. The key situation was rather frustrating as we were only provided 1 key to the unit and 1 key fob to access the building, so our entire party had to coordinate coming and going. The owner and the concierge would not provide additional keys/fobs and would not store a key to make the unit easier to access. Overall, this was rather disappointing and we were lucky to have enough space in our other rental. If we had relied solely on this unit, we would not have had enough beds for everyone in our group. Several other reviews have mentioned that they did not receive the advertised number of bedrooms as well. It is disappointing and alarming that VRBO is not enforcing accuracy in their listings.

The unit we got was not the one in the pictures. It was small, cramped, only one bedroom (when two were shown), broken shower head, one trash bag, and one towel. Terrible. We messaged the host and were told the other until wasn’t available. No more VRBO for us

My birthday getaway to the city
I would definitely recommend booking a stay with this host if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Toronto. Me and my company took a trip to the city for the long weekend and needed somewhere to stay, I found this property which was perfect but found out even better news. The host had let us know that we were actually able to stay at his other listed sister property that I was actually interested in getting first. Which worked out perfectly, communication with the host was overall great, just had a bit delay with the check in instructions but he was very quick to communicate afterwards what had happened. Check in and check out was the easiest process I’ve ever had and the host was very responsive during the duration of our stay. The property was also very stocked up with extras to make our stay even more comfortable, as well as the location/view was immaculate. The only downsides were we weren’t able to access the amenities in the building and the bed mattress’ were mid comfortable but like I said overall, I would definitely be back because of all of the other positives! Thank you again for having us!

When we arrived at a 1 bedroom apartment I asked the owner if there had been a mistake as I booked and paid for 2 bedrooms (we are faminly of 5). He replied the 2 bedroom had flooded but this apartment still slept 5. Not once did the owner apologise and only begrudgingly offered a $100 total "credit" for a three day booking. I had no choice but to stay as kids were sick and it was new years eve so had nowhere else to go. I said I appreciated being given an apartment but didn't think $100 credit was fair, and that I should be charged the 1 bedroom rate for the apartment I was in and not the 2 bedroom rate that I had paid. Haven't heard from owner since. It also appears from reviews that others have had a similar experience. To top it off I received an email asking for a 5 star review.
