My check in staff was VERY MUCH OUT OF ORDER, BECAUSE OF HER I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL...SHE IS LIE, RACIST, GIVING LOT OF ATTITUDE, SPEAKING TO YOU AS IF YOUR NOTHING, all because i asked for a room above ground, because the one she was giving me on the ground floor had stains on the bed sheets and the Pool, Bar and Restaurant was next to the room...i asked for another and she said there was no more Thanks to the other young man who came and took over and gaveme that otherroomon the 3rd floor...he was very professional 👏 👌 As for that girl 👧 she needs to be fired.

This property was a great place to vase ourselves for a few places we wanted to visit in the area. The hotel had ample parking and was very close to the 407. The first room we were assigned was very much used by a smoker before us, and they had tried to make it smell better. That being said the staff were very helpful and moved us rooms without any hesitation. The amenities in the room were good. And the bed was very comfortable! The heat was either on or not, so you need to pay attention the the rising mercury. Room service was fast and met our need for the evening, as there as a band in the restaurant that was too loud to talk over. We didnt use the pool or fitness room. But they were busy, so we assume they also met peoples needs. Over all it was a reasonable stay.

Great stay for the price! Staff were very kind, check in was easy and the room was great. Very clean and well kept, nothing seemed old or broken. Bed was comfortable, jacuzzi was clean and space was nice. Would stay here again!
