Our stay was awesome. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, breakfast was hot and delicious. Security was onsite outside watching for any troublemakers, it was a busy weekend with the punk concert and all! We thoroughly enjoyed are stay!

We stayed here because it was really close to the stadium where the Canadian Open was played. The bedroom could have been bigger but we were impressed by the cleanliness of the room. The staff was polite and friendly. The free breakfast was the usual fare offered. Nothing to write home about but it got the job done for one day. We went into downtown Toronto for breakfast another day. Speaking of, it’s about 45 minutes from downtown Toronto. Unfortunately it’s right across the street from a convention center that had very loud music playing late into the night two nights in a row. But overall, we were pleased with our stay. It served the purpose of clean, convenient lodging near the stadium.

Staff was very friendly, laundry room was pretty good too. We had to use that because we were on a long trip in Toronto was one of our stops. The hotel was in pretty good condition and the breakfast is excellent had fruits, fresh fruits. If you need any, anything answered by the staff in the front, they were always very friendly.

Beautiful hotel we would absolutely book here again!! The only suggestion any of us have is to lower the temperature of the hallways. It was extremely thick, humid and hot walking through them.
