This was our first time at this amazing hotel, and will not be our last. From our arrival, the staff was super attentive to my family. Travelling with my wife and two boys, they made us all feel so welcome. We had a small issue with our room (not a show stopper) but it was rectified immediately. The room was always cleaned and taken care of and was incredibly clean. The property is within walking distance of 4 subway stations and countless dining options and shopping. We did not eat at Signatures this time, but will on our next visit! Thank you so much! We can't wait to return!

The hotel was close to museums and other venues we planned to visit. The hotel was accessible from a self-parking garage. The facility fee is annoying and it took 5 days after checkout for the deposit for incidentals to be cleared.

My partner and I stayed for our early anniversary and valentine's day trip. We enjoyed staying here however there are some big changes that need to happen with the location of parking, price of parking, amenities, movies selection on the television. Given we stayed during the snowstorm, we expected the television to at least have netflix so that we're able to log into it and watch movies at our own disposal, but their movie/tv shows selection was incredibly limited so keep that in mind for winter travels. Parking was $18-$26 every night, we stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and it definitely added up. Having a flat rate parking or even FREE PARKING would have made our stay so much less stressful. Additionally, the lack of jacuzzi was a little disappointing. overall 6.5/10, i would recommend with caution

The front desk personnel were particularly welcoming and helpful. The suite was large, well layed out and very comfortable. Enjoyed eating at the Signatures Restaurant. They managed quite well considering they only had one chef during a major snowstorm in Toronto.

I usually really like staying here. It’s quiet and in a good part of town. This time though we had to call down to the front desk to get someone to clean our room and that was a bit disappointing.

It was so covenant to the ROM where we spent the afternoon, walkable to dinner reservations and then our show at Koerner Hall. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating with an early checking after a long day of travel!p

The negatives: There was half drank bottle of wine in our room fridge, the breakfast in the morning made us both ill, the room was 10000° when entering and didnt cool off the whole night despite turning off the heat, the valets ADJUSTED OUR DRIVER SEAT AND STEERING WHEEL so when i got in the driver seat my knees immediately hit the steering wheel. Absurd. The positives: the bed was comfy, the hotel staff were helpful, and the bar Proof was adorable in the outside yurts

The Yorkville Royal Sonesta was an absolutely lovely stay! Our room was upgraded to a preferred king and it was extremely spacious. The room is modern, and sleek. Bathroom is gorgeous with a shower wand. The bedsheets feel so soft and the bed is comfy. I loved that there were cotton pads for makeup removal and an emergency nail file. Staff are kind and knowledgeable as well! The proof bar and signature restaurant are located on the main floor and was very convenient and delicious. I would definitely stay here again!
