Home from Home
Lovely location and we were made to feel welcome. Weather wasn't very good so it was good to have an apartment we could return to for relaxing. We will return again.

Was not as expected
Chose hotel due to reviews then found it did not meet expectations. Bed was great but bathroom was uncomfortable to use, the shower guard was not sealed and leaked on the floor, regular problem evidenced by the bubbles under the lino-which was not clean. Felt in the middle of improvements as it have just changed management. Limited parking facilities

Anstey's Lea Hotel in Torquay
Standard of cleanliness left a lot to be desired including discarded toiletry wrapping found in bathroom from previous occupants. Also surprised to find on our return from a day out that they had not even bothered to make the bed. We did not complain as we are not averse to making our own bed but its not what you expect when staying in a hotel This just about sums up the standard of service to expect if you stay here.

saubere,helle und grosszügige Wohnung mit gut ausgerüsteter Küche.Viele Broschüren für die Umgebung vorhanden. Das warme Wasser steht nicht 24 Stunden zur Verfügung,dies ist störend.
