Best management! Great location and views!
This hotel was in a great location. It had great views of the canal. The hotel was a little old (like most buildings in Europe) however they had kept it well and it was clean.
The best thing about this place, besides the view and location, was management. On the day of check out we needed to leave our suitcases there until 10:30 pm, since we were catching a late bus. Even though they normally closed the main desk by 9 PM they found a way to let us store our bags there. It was amazing and saved us so much time!
I highly recommend this cute place.
Great location. Parking is 9 euros per night. Positive thing is the room has a kitchen and there are meat and seafood markets close so you can cook. The only negative is the bed...thin mattress thin pillow and the second twin bed is in the floor. Room had a balcony looking to the river. Perfect for the price but not for a honeymoon.
My friend and I booked a studio (double) room with 2 single beds at Appart'Hotel for 2 nights. When we arrived to check in we were given a room, however when we went to the room there was only 1 single bed. We went back down to reception to ask if we had been given the wrong room and we were told to come back in a little while because there were no other rooms available. We came back to be given the same room with a collapsable bed added in. We were given no compensation for firstly the inconvenience, and secondly the make-shift room which was very squishy with 2 beds in it. The experienced staff were very dismissive when we asked about room prices/ potential reimbursement and generally speaking, reception was understaffed and we were waiting excessive amounts of time to be served.

basic apartment, good location but mediocre facilities and condition.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros: Hotel has a paid underground parking. Hotel is close to town center. Staff OK.
Negative: Everything else is negative. Room on the 4th floor with balcony with furniture/kitchen from 1970's with heavy smell of tobacco smoke. 4th floor hallway dark with only 2 lights working, carpet with stains. Booked 2 double beds and got an old pull out bed with old blankets and sheets, not dirty but very, very old. Bathroom in terrible condition never renovated and dark. Didn't want to go back to room so we stayed out until midnight. Couldn't sleep well due on thin mattresses and we had to leave balcony door open due to tobacco smell so we left 6 am.
Probably the worst hotel I ever stayed in.
Avoid if possible.
Was a standard fairly reasonably priced appartment hotel room. Nothing super fancy just a regular room, pretty comfortablr with all the things you need. Was a small double room. Close to the centre of the town and lots of shops nearby! I stayed on the first floor so really loud in the morning because of the sounds of staff and plates during breakfast time.

Convenient and good value
No real problems with the room or staff: I didn't have breakfast. Furniture and fittings rather dated, but in working order. Balcony with a view of the canal a nice bonus. The hotel is on the edge of the interesting part of town and close to a metro station, which made it convenient for me even though my meetings were at the other end of the city. Compared to other options in the area, the hotel offers good value for money.
Noisy environment and rather tired room and bathroom

Value for money
We stayed four nights and found it a pleasant experience. The studio was quite small, but had all the essentials one expects from an apart hotel. The arrangement of the two single beds was ingenious but it took us a while to figure out the second one had legs. WiFi was reliable and the TV, microwave and hob functioned well.
The general condition of the hotel leaves a little to be desired. The carpet in the corridor on our floor was quite stained and the general impression was one of mild neglect not helped by the dark colours of the walls.
Reception staff were friendly and helpful but one needs to be aware that reception is not continuously staffed.
We booked on the strength of our experience with the apart hotel in Valence and were not disappointed.
The hotel is pleasantly located beside the Canal du Midi, and it's walking paths. The lobby is fine as is the elevator. And the kitchenette is handy. But the one room has a murphy bed. While it is comfortable, it is a tight squeeze when the bed is folded down and the furniture around it is not particularly useful. As well there was no luggage rack and only one chair at the table. Finally, the bathroom, while large, needed work on the bathtub taps and shower head. The shower head wouldn't stay up on its mounting and the taps were coming off the wall. However alll the staff were very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. One final point... we had a bit of trouble finding decent restaurants nearby. Mostly fast food, pizza and sushi.

Well located
We were two parties staying in separate rooms. Our 2nd floor room was quiet side and great. Our friend's 9th floor on noisier street side, with no hot water. But, well located to walk to museums and restaurants and 20 minutes to train station. iI would be happy to stay again.
we stayed in a studio room,it was great value for money, clean well equipped, comfortable bed, nice little balcony, with a view over the canal, reception staff very helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again

Value for money and comfortable stay
The receptionists were very helpful and polite.
The rooms are clean but a bit old and smaller than expected.
Comfortable
A group of four friends booked 2 x 1 bed apartments for a reunion. The hotel was great value and each of us had our own room/bed. The kitchen and other facilities of basic but clean and fitted our needs perfectly. There is a nice bakery opposite where we could get pastries for breakfast. One real bonus was that the hotel was very close to a pretty little square complete with decorative fountain and a super bar that quickly became our "local". Bar Authie is the oldest bar in Toulouse, full of character and with great friendly service. We ate there a couple of times and the food was good value and nicely prepared. It was a 10 minute walk to Place Wilson or the Capitole. It was also near the Metro but we mostly walked around to rediscover our old haunts. All in all a great base for a weekend away – there was also a busy Sunday market just a few blocks away in Saint Aubin.
