"Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt: saubere, gerämige Zimmer, freundlicher Service, angemessenes Frühstücksbuffet.
Dennoch habe ich 2 Hinweise. Der erste betrifft die Zimmerreinigung. Ich finde es gut, wenn die Möglichkeit besteht, freiwillig auf Zimmerreinigung und Handtuchwechsel zu verzichten. Im Alpha Hotel dreht man den Spieß um. Man muss Zimmerreinigung und Handtuchwechsel anmelden, wenn man es wünscht. Auch in Ordnung. Ich habe aber schon erlebt, dass die Hotels für diese Kosten- und Arbeitszeitentlastung einen kleinen Obolus (z.B. 50 ct pro Tag und Zimmer) für einen guten Zweck gespendet haben. Wäre doch eine schöne Geste.
Zum 2. Hinweis: Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, alles da, was man sich wünscht. Daher ist es nicht nachzuvollziehen, dass man bei einem Frühstückspreis von 16 € für Spiegeleier oder Omelett extra bezahlen muss ( 5 - 6 Euro). In vielen kleineren Hotels gehört die frische Zubereitung von Spiegeleiern zum Service.
