This is just what you would hope for in a villa by the beach! Light, airy decor, larger bedrooms with comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, separate dining space, and outdoor patio/garden area. This villa offers plenty of areas to hang out and relax with your family and friends.

The villa is steps away from the heated pool and beach where you will find beautiful turquoise waters and white sand. If you like to go shelling, you find a wide array of seashells on the beach. The waters offer a great opportunity for fishing and charters are available for booking. You can also rent a boat at the marina across the street or take a ferry and spend some time island hopping. If you are hoping to rent a boat, book early as they are a popular attraction and sell out quickly. We might even suggest you book well in advance of your arrival to ensure a reservation. Host is available for assistance.

While you are here, be sure to catch one of the spectacular sunrises or sunsets. Sunrises are best at the endpoint of the island. Grab your coffee and take a quick golf cart ride or about a 15 min walk. If you aren't a morning person, you can grab a cocktail and head up to the observation deck to see the sunset in the evening.

If you plan to stay in town for the duration of your stay, there are a few shops across the street including a small convenience store, Café/bakery serving amazing cinnamon rolls and casual meals all day, as well as a small liquor store. There are two additional restaurants open in town, Bahama Beach Club and Sunset Pizza.

Exceeded our expectations
I rarely write good reviews but this place is amazing. House located 100ft from the beach, Marcie was super responsive and everything in the renovated interior was beach themed: shells in glass jars, pictures, interior colors, even books. My wife was making pictures to give her ideas for our own house. Little details like these made our stay memorable!

Beautiful villa in perfect beach location. The owner Marcie was very helpful before and during our stay. Great hvac and water pressure as well! Don’t hesitate to book this property.

This is our second trip to this beautiful place! The villa was comfortable and welcoming. The host, Marcie was a tremendous help before, during and after our trip. She offered advice on area food, tips for traveling into Treasure Cay and any questions we had about the property. The beach was amazing from powder-like sand to the pristine turquoise water! Everyone was friendly and helpful at the Villas and surrounding areas. We will be back!
