Our experience was lovely, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It made our stay such a special experience for my boyfriend’s birthday. Troon is a beautiful area too. My only criticism is that I booked a deluxe room and expected it to be a little bit bigger. However, it was a lovely stay

Wonderful anniversary celebration
The hotel was beautiful, food absolutely delicious, spa and gym great. We received a bottle of Prosecco, shortbread and tablet from the hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Staff were very helpful and attentive. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

Excellent short break .
2 day short break stay,not the cheapest but you get exactly what you pay for, lovely clean classic room overlooking the sea and golf course .Staff,quality of service and food were excellent could not be faulted . Used the pool and spa facilities very clean the staff were excellent . A very enjoyable and relaxing stay would certainly stay again .

Great food and phenomenal cocktails! A decent gym and a pool area. Restaurant staff were great but the bar staff need brushing up on their attentiveness. Once they’re there, they’re really good. The room was average at best but the rest of the hotel compensated for this. All in, od stay there again.

Nice room with a very comfortable bed and a very good breakfast. Restaurant service was also very good. Only disappointment was dinner in the Rabbit restaurant, not worth the money. Beautiful ingredients, well presented but didn't taste amazing for the price. Have the chefs ever tasted the Hake in a Chicken broth, a waste of hake? Would eat the bar food next time.

Great stay
We arrived early before a wedding, after a fairly long drive. It was too early to check in so the lovely reception staff arranged for us to have access to the leisure area to get ready for the wedding. They even offered us shower access if needed. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The view was gorgeous. Every member of staff we interacted with was incredibly helpful, polite, and smiley.
