Beautiful home with gorgeous views, and clean. A long list of items were in need of repair, or missing. We messaged with property management night one and throughout our stay. Each person we talked to was respectful, but there was miscommunication from day one. We spent our time following up on the list of items that needed attention. After four days, we were told at least two items would not be fixed until after our stay. For us, it was not enjoyable to spend our vacation time communicating home maintenance issues, waiting for them to be fixed, and continuing to find that things have not been attended to. The list kept growing with each passing day, and we finally gave up on communicating the issues. A home can be beautiful and clean, but there is much more to the guest experience than that. It is not the guest's responsibility to maintain the home.
