I can't say enough good about the staff! Everyone we meet is outstanding, from the front desk agents to the kind lady advising us that there is fresh coffee all day ( even though we're not coffee drinkers). The room is big and the bed is comfortable.

I never stayed there your website showed airport shuttle but they didn’t have one and the cab took me to another Hampton and we tried to cancel and transfer reservation tell them but they couldn’t help - I want my money back otherwise I will never stay at Hampton or use hotels.com again

Loved the new decor where we stayed and looked like there was a lot of thought put into planning the space, especially in the bathroom. Only suggest they hang a container of hand soap where there is currently body lotion and more the lotion to the left of the vanity. The breakfast was delicious. Only suggest that they offer options for requesting gluten free breads when making reservations. Yes there are two items (oatmeal and cheerios) that are gluten free, but GF bread products are easily ordered online and what a great perc for Hilton to offer. Everyone on staff at every level was sincerely friendly and helpful. We'll stay there again when we're in town!

Location was adequate for my business purposes. Staff were outstanding. Really nice to have a fully functional fbusiness center to reprint a document needed for next day. A little noisy on floor above me due to remodeling, but not bothersome. Did not like having to go to front desk for sodas. All vending machines were removed from floors. Really dislike new trend for hotels to use barn doors for bathrooms in hotel rooms.
