Great in town stay!
We are a family of five: two couples and an adult single. The place fit us very well (no sharing of bathrooms!) the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed and also fit the Chef we brought in: Tea Private Chef and Catering 52 984 168 4988.Our hostess was spot on with her responses and helpfulness.

Great condo in great location
We came with our adult children and their spouses. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable and had plenty of space. Location was close to the beautiful Paridiso beach and great restaurants. Lana was a wonderful host that has thought of everything. I would highly recommend staying in this condo.

Our short stay in this lovely Tulum apartment was everything we hoped for. Lana's recommendations were so helpful - we enjoyed a day at Kanan in the beach, swimming in Cenotes, and more than one good meal within a short walk of the apartment. The rooftop patios were the perfect place for relaxation and conversation with good friends

Wonderful vacation in Tulum!
We had an amazing stay at the penthouse in Tulum, Mexico! Everything was excellent – the space was clean and beautifully maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure all our needs were met promptly. The views were stunning, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful vacation in Tulum!

All that and more!!
My daughter sponsored this trip for my birthday and it was better than expected! They say kitchens and bathrooms can sell a place but I was sold before I made it to the stairs! The ambiance after walking through the front gate is more than one can imagine with the beautiful pool and tropical plants all around. The unit itself is immaculate! The kitchen is spotless and there will be no fighting over the 3 bedrooms as they are all equally great with stone walls, closet systems and super clean En Suite bathrooms! I was given the use of the master that had a king sized bed and patio doors that opened to a covered deck with dining table and opened out to a fully furnished patio that was also accessible via the living room. The other bedrooms had small balcony's as well. We enjoyed a meal or two there when it rained. We took the stairs up to the private rooftop and there we daydreamed about owning such a place while relaxing in the wading pool and under the covered area (it can get quite sunny and hot) as well as lounging on the uncovered patio. We spent one day enjoying the decks and relaxing before going to dinner. I recommend it. There are no downsides to this condo. However, you should make arrangements for a roundtrip ride from the airport and back or rent a car. We used USA Transfers. Lana Hill responded to my texts within minutes but I really didn't need to contact her as she provides a great guidebook to you just before you travel! Stay here! You won't regret it!

perfect location! Walking to restaurants is the best.
Overall the property is perfect for families. With large patios off the living room and a private roof top patio, the space was large enough to spread out. Private outdoor shower on the rooftop was a fun addition as well.

Family Getaway
This property was perfect for our family of 5 adults. There was plenty of space and everything was comfortable and clean. Despite multiple days of cool, rainy weather (we must have brought it from our cold-weather home!), we explored the area and tried out the bikes. The rooftop deck was a highlight and we spent as much time as we could up there. A great place!

The property was exactly as described and the owners are wonderful to work with. They were very responsive when I asked any questions and very politely. Enjoyed are stay at Luna Caribe. Spent a lot of time on the upper deck at night enjoying the stars. Thank you Carolyn and Denis for having an HDMI cable. We were able to live stream sporting events to the TV which was an unexpected bonus. Kitchen was well stocked and ice trays were full! Would definitely recommend!

An Tulum Oasis
We were so lucky to be able to stay in Denis and Carolyn's wonderful condo. It was so clean and well stocked, and all the instructions and recommendations were clear and spot on! It was almost too easy :) This family trip included myself, my husband, our two children (8 & 14) and my mother (68). The condo was so clearly described it was like stepping into the pictures. After morning adventures to ruins, cenotes or the beach, we enjoyed siestas in comfort before heading out to explore Tulum's main. We all enjoyed great comfort while staying here - from the location, ease of access, amenities and accuracy of our host's communication. We highly recommend this rental!

Tulum Adventures
The value of having clean, safe and comfortable lodging when traveling internationally with children cannot be underestimated. A kitchen and washer/dryer are so useful!! We felt right at home at Luna Caribe. When everyone is comfortable it makes family memories and setting off on adventures fun and exciting. As the adult leading my adventurous crew, I could enjoy myself without anxiety knowing I had a peaceful home base to bring my little adventurers back to at the end of a long day.

The owners of this property were super nice and took the time to communicate so much useful info to us. Unfortunately the only thing we didn’t like about our trip, was we all got sick (except 2 of the 6 that went) and had to stay in way more than we anticipated, but other than that, it was great!

Incredible penthouse made for wonderful vacation
We spent over a week at Luna Caribe and has an amazing vacation. The instructions provided by Denis and Carolyn were super helpful and so accurate. We loved it from the moment we stepped inside and our kids especially adored all the outdoor space and big pool. We had a very relaxing trip, used the two bikes every day (plus rented a couple more for the kids), and found everything in Tulum only a 10-15 bike ride away. It was such a pleasant vacation and a very comfortable stay. Would love to return!

Relaxing and Beautiful
Well equipped spacious condo in Aldea Zama, which is a perfect distance from town and from the beach. Quiet and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, and both outside decks. We had an amazing stay at Luna Caribe in Zama Village! Everything was as described for our nine day stay. We followed a lot of the recommendations the owners provided (trip to Villalodid touring the museo de los vendados, chichen itza, cenote ik kil) as well as tried new restaurants and other beach adventures. Perfect walking distance from cafes and restaurants and easy bike ride for families of all ages. The condo itself was beautiful and spacious, plenty of lounging and eating space with the palapa covered patio on the rooftop as well as the walkout patio via the rooms/living room. All of us enjoyed the outside shower, too! :) Overall, a fabulous stay! Thank you!

Beautiful authentic Mexican accommodation
The space is fantastic, numerous places to enjoy being outside. Construction a little distracting in the area but otherwise a very peaceful spot. It takes a while to get orientated as the property is between the center of town and the beach, both are a short car ride or 10 minute bike ride. The immediate area is a fairly new development with its own cafes and restaurants. We had 2 meals out within walking distance which were both very good. The beaches are lined with private restaurants and beach clubs with a few public beaches. The beach clubs and restaurants we tried had delightful, welcoming staff and wonderful service, which was fairly inexpensive Massage on the beach was a plus. The access roads to the beach are congested and difficult to pass, as they are very narrow, but once you get to your destination you will find gorgeous peaceful beaches. The accommodation is exceptional with attention to detail and very comfortable. Highly recommended.
