This is a great hotel! The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. The room and all common areas were spotless and had everything we needed. It was my first time to Tuscaloosa. Location was great, it was convenient to the location of the family we were visiting, price was decent.

Staff very courtious. Very accomodating for my Service dog. Gave me a room on first floor by door so I can go easily in and out. Christmas Tree display at Governor Plaza was awesome. Hotel in a good location for the Plaza and good restaurants within walking distance.

4 visit. The hotel is clean and comfortable, staff pleasant. The walls must be thin. This is the second time Nextdoor room had loud TV until very late. Tub fixtures very loose and dripping. Breakfast foods were cold and eggs were not replenished.
