We had to ask about the included tour. Receptionist gave tickets but didn’t even know it was not open on Mondays. Property needs updating and has half-painted/putty areas throughout.

Need a full renovation, gutted, and started over

Overall experience was just OK The hotel badly needs a full renovation You can tell that it has been very used. Probably would have stayed at one of the newer locations nearby The carpet was very dirty in the room, though it was a brown carpet so it was hard to tell it was heavily noticeable The doors were painted over and over Everything had just been cheaply fluffed and not fully renovated For the price, it was definitely not worth it

Will be returning!

I had a very positive experience at this hotel and will be returning! From check-in to check-out, all of the staff was very polite and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and spacious. My favorite part is the proximity to UA campus and the strip. On a couple of evenings, I walked over to campus from the hotel. That said, if you want to stay in, there is a nice on-site restaurant and bar.

Wonderful front desk, restaurant & bar staff. Everyone very friendly & helpful. Conveniently located. Restaurant very nice. Suggestions: full length mirror, better lighting in room & more towels. I had to ask for more towels every day. My room key stopped working every day too. Annoying. Otherwise a great start. I would stay again.
