Friendly Staff and Affordable

This was my first time staying here and I absolutely loved it. The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was clean. I stayed here for my trip to Disneyland. It’s only about 12-15 minutes away. The price was more affordable than those closer to Disney. I did want to mention the room is a little small but I mostly stayed here to sleep. I want to say Thank You so much to the front desk individuals. Everyone was extremely friendly.

My young daughter and I (her mother) planned to stay there. The fact that it is a motel with rooms opening to parking lot and its proximity to the freeway and being surrounded by apartment buildings just made us feel unsafe. I explained our situation to the front desk clerk and he had me call Expedia to explain. In the end they said they'd refund my money. If they don't I'll be very disappointed. Room and bathroom were spotless and the clerk was very kind but just not for us.

The housekeepers did a great job and were very nice. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants & freeway. Front desk is open 24 hours which was helpful because of plane delays.

Picture showed 2 beds but only 1 full bed in the room for 2 grown adults. When I showed the not-too-friendly front desk clerk the image on my phone HE GRABBED MY PHONE FROM MY HAND and proceeded to scroll through the website for about 3-4 minutes to ultimately tell me the picture was for demonstration purposes. I'd have paid for an upgrade if it was offered. The heater was SO LOUD we just turned it off. Just 2-3 sheets / no comforter so it was cold. Room/bathroom was VERY small. We left a day early as it was so uncomfortable. Note to employees: Never take a person's phone from them, especially without first asking permission. And if you drop it- well that's on you.
