Shocking. Appalling. Awful. Loathsome. Unprofessional. Multiple issues. Complained to Stayz and owner. Neither interested in helping. While Stayz agreed to pay one night hotel bill when house not even accessible on arrival, it closed the complaint ticket without paying. Once accessed it was obvious the property hadn’t been cleaned. Food in freezer, food scraps on floors, under lounge cushions and in bunk beds, broken fly screens and blinds, unusable vacuum etc. Worst was the washing machine grey water coming up the floor waste and the toilet beside the machine blocking. Owner went to ground. Stayz closed the complaint ticket in the most egregious and commercially irresponsible manner possible. So repeated breaches of contract with no concern for customer. A big fail by both owner and Stayz. Will never trust Stayz again.
