Great layout for large group
House layout and views were great. Beds were comfortable but lacking blankets and pillows for downstairs bedroom. Property Mgmt was super quick with responses and very accommodating. Unfortunately we were disappointed that there was only 1 wine glass, dishwasher was broken, dishes and silverware were not clean so had to use paper and plastic utensils or wash dishes by hand. Game room was also a let down since many of the games didn’t work. Need to fix this or take off their marketing. Driveway getting to property is very steep and cars can bottom out. Not a good area for walks. We were reimbursed for cleaning fees and our purchase of plastic cups which was much appreciated.

Was told there was a keurig pot but not the case so was unprepared. The house was very dirty and there was a Dr Pepper bottle and garbage on the doorstep left my house keeping when we got there.

Very nice!
Really a beautiful house in a very scenic location. The teens really couldn’t get enough of the games on the ground level and we enjoyed the view - it couldn’t be nicer. We had to re-wash the dishes and cookware we wanted to use, but everything was provided that we might have needed. The railing on the deck should to be addressed as it could be a safety issue. But still, a beautiful property and we absolutely enjoyed our stay!

The house was huge! It was perfect set up for the kids (4 of them, ages 5-10) downstairs and they loved all of the games and activites! Perfect house for a great family vacation with plenty of room for everyone! Loved it!

Gorgeous Home (but not for gaming)
The house is gorgeous and the view is perfection. There is tons of room in this house so perfect for large gathering. It was clean and well appointed and the beds were comfortable. We were excited to play the games advertised in the list (a big part of the reason we rented this property) but most of them were broken or missing components (like the pucks for air hockey.) There is a local property manager who was very responsive and dropped us off batteries for the remotes that weren't working, but unfortunately wasn't able to fix the broken machines. Definitely not a deal breaker but something to be aware of if you're looking forward to the games. The property managers were unaware of this and unwilling to offer any compensation when we brought it up (even though the games are a huge part of the listing's key selling points.)

Pretty view, clean
A beautiful view, very clean (5 stars), and plenty of space. That said, there’s a few things that need stocking: wine glasses (there was only one), dishware, paper towels, kitchen supplies, kitchen towels (we had to use bathroom towels) — and a few appliances that need some TLC because they aren’t working properly - coffee maker, stovetop and dryer. We would stay again for the view and space and comfort, but would check with property manager first to make sure appliances have been fixed and house has been more well stocked.

What a beautiful, big place for friends to gather
Our group of long time friends and their daughters had plenty of space to be together, enjoy meals, games, the fire pit, and coffee or wine on the deck and with gorgeous water view. Plenty of beds and space.

Great weekend stay
We stayed 2 nights here with 3 adults, 1 teenager and 3 kids (9-11) to go clamming nearby. The property was clean, very spacious and plenty of indoor entertainment for the kiddos. The hot tub worked great and we had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Would recommend for groups or families We did not really get a chance to enjoy the outside spaces as it was rainy, however the views were great from indoors through the many picture windows.

Wonderful house!!
Our family of six loved this house. We spent hours playing pool, darts, shuffle board and pool. My kids didn’t want to watch tv or spend time on devices as they had so much fun with all the games. House is very clean and updated. Would definitely book again!!

Misleading amenities & poor property management - with a view !
Specifically booked this property for the hot tub, games and outdoor space for our weekend getaway. Upon arrival we checked on hot tub and it was cold with red flashing light. We immediately called the local support who shared it was her day off, but that shared the "motherboard has been fried and someone should have let us know sooner as they've known for over a week." We then decided to take advantage of other amenities and discovered the games downstairs didn't turn on (basketball, air hockey, large TV in downstairs living area had no remote or way to turn on). We decided to pivot outdoors, where we were greeted by dog poop all over the deck. The couch + blankets + stairs had dog hair all over- dishes were not clean - ice machine broken habing to leave a few times for ice, microwave didn't spin - just a LOT of unexpected things that took away from the joy of a group of moms trying to have a stress free weekend. Despite being told by the local property team that she'd send a tech, no one called, followed up and Vacasa said "we'd be in touch" but no one every even attempted. If you want the amenities listed, look elsewhere and ask about reviews that share the problems have been fixed to make sure they actually have been. While the property had beautiful views what we paid for is not what we received and the local management was of zero support in trying help which was highly frustrating.

Peaceful, roomy, & packed with fun
We had an awesome time! The house was roomy, clean, and had everything you need and more. Wish we were able to stay longer. Suzanne, the house keeper was super nice and understanding also. The house is a bit hard to find so it would be best if the GPS cordinates are available to the renters. And the management company is nice but a tad slow on responses. Overall, we're very happy with our stay and would love to go back. :)

Great house overall. Plenty of room for our party of seven adults. Great views, and very comfortable. A few things that merited fewer than five stars: the water in the hot tub was bad enough that we didn’t get in; the grill didn’t light properly and we had to channel our inner MacGyver to use it; the bedroom and bathroom doors were quite squeaky; water seems to run out from under the shower door in the basement bathroom; and a couple of even more minor things: the basketball game didn’t keep score, and there weren’t enough darts to play.

Views are amazing
The house over all was beautiful. Nicely decorated. Views were to die for! Carpet looked a little dirty with stains. Kitchen was stocked with the VERY basics. Gathering spots had plenty of room for everyone. Our biggest complaint was there was no dock. We brought our boat and were able to get it in and out of the water from the state park 2 miles down the road and moored it off on the buoy provided to the property. We had to swim back to shore once "parked" and swim back to grab the boat, then drive back to the state park to meet the rest of our party, which we had to pay for parking. It was super inconvenient and we probably would have thought twice about bringing our boat if we knew how inconvenient and hard it was going to be. The road/driveway leading to the house is NOT boater friendly. So you must put your boat in the water and wont be able to go directly to the house. The small round about on the road directly under the property would have been so, so, so more helpful if we could have actually used it as a drive through with the trailer/boat. It was permanently blocked off on one side, again, making things very inconvenient and more difficult than it really has to be. But the water color, the perfect weather all week, the views and the sunsets were unbeatable!!

Fun and beautiful home with stellar views
First, this home is worth it all for the view. We couldn't get enough! The furniture and decor is just right for large groups. Beds were comfy, great options for entertainment, and full stocked kitchen. However, when we arrived, it looked like the cleaners had just run out of time. The people who had stayed before us kind of trashed the lower outdoor area and the kitchen. The kitchen was not fully cleaned, and we found some hair in the bathrooms as well. Crumbs all over the kitchen floor and sticky countertops. There were ants EVERYTWHERE in the kitchen and dining room. The property manager went into action quickly and sent someone to re-clean early the next morning, as well as spray the ants, which we appreciated. It was a bummer of a way to start the trip, but it didn't end up affecting our time here. I would just recommend bringing a few extra Clorox wipes and maybe some ant poison. I would definitely return to this home, as we saw it could comfortable fit 2-3 families easily, with plenty of room for everyone to sleep and enjoy. (Be aware, there are no real options for local restaurants or shopping. Walmart in Shelton is the closest for groceries.)
