Near the Chauvet cave and the Avène d'Orgnac cave. Take advantage of the pétanque field and the 4,000 m2 of land for children. The house includes

Lovely property
Had a great time,lots of cooking utensils and equipment,great patio and seating area. Pool was nice and warm, only negative could have done with a few trees being trimmed as they keep sun off the pool area in the early evening and in the early morning which is a nice time to sunbathe.

nous avons apprécié la vaste pièce à vivre, la piscine sous la canicule et les commerces pas trop loin (6 à 7 Kms). Seul bémol , départementale à moins de 100 m trop bruyante ( extrêmement passante) pour laisser les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit.

Het was een goed huis, grote ruimten en een goede communicatie met Sophie. Propere opgemaakte bedden bij aankomst en ook propere handdoeken per persoon. Alleen zeer veel muggen😀

Superbe maison, très bien équipée, maison propre, literie confortable, draps et serviettes fournis en bon état, grande piscine entretenue par pisciniste, à proximité de diverses activités, parcours vtt appréciables pour les adeptes! Y a de quoi faire sur le secteur!! Secteur très calme! Seul petit bémol, le terrain non clos pour les animaux et pas que les nôtres, d’autres chiens venaient sur le terrain. Séjour très apprécié

Tout simplement magique !! La maison est superbe, fonctionnelle et saine. La terrasse fermée est un vrai + question sécurité pour les petits et avoir l'esprit tranquille. Le jardin est un véritable cocon, au calme, les plantes sont superbes et les balades sont très agréables tout au long de la journée. La piscine ?! Pareil que pour la maison, exposition parfaite du soleil. Il ne manque rien, le lien avec la propriétaire est sérieux, présent et très agréable. C'est avec envie que nous reviendrons, encore merci pour tout

Agréable maison avec piscine
Très jolie maison, moderne et agréable, et très bien équipée. Nous avons adoré la décoration, la présence du piano, la piscine, la grande terrasse, le barbecue récent, la belle salle de douche, et la propriétaire très agréable et réactive en cas de besoin. La piscine a été entretenue tout le long de notre séjour, ainsi que la terrasse, toujours en toute discrétion. La maison est très bien située, à quelques minutes de Barjac et de vallon pont d'arc : marchés, canoë, visites des grottes et d'un château complétement refait à neuf… Merci Sophie pour ce très bon séjour

Super, je recommande!!!!
Deuxième séjour à Vagnas et encore de supers vacances. Malgré une fin de séjour un peu chaotique (voiture en panne), rien à redire sur la semaine. Propriétaires plus que disponible, discrets et on les remercies encore pour leur aide. Maison super, juste peut-être (et j'ai oublié d'en parler avec eux) l'éclairage de la terrasse le soir qui est un peu juste et celui de la piscine qui se met en route un peu tard mais je pense qu'il suffit de régler le programmateur car il fait noir plus tôt!!! Je ne change pas d'avis par rapport à l'année dernière, je recommanderais cette maison à mes plus proches amis et à la famille. Merci Mr et Mme Borie (PS: Tom a adoré le TGV...)
