Thank you, Exchange Hotel Vancouver! I absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend it. From the moment I stepped out, a staff member was there to greet me, and the check-in to check-out process was seamless and fully digital. My room was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and had a fresh, pleasant scent every day. They even kindly stored my luggage for a few hours after checkout while I explored the city before my flight. Thank you for making my stay so easy, comfortable, and memorable!

As a client on business, I didn't appreciate that my room had a very small desk space, no writing pad or pen and the desk was covered by glass which made it difficult to move a mouse. The location of the desk right under the television was aesthetically unpleasing.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for how nice it was. The lobby and common areas are gorgeous and truly give that luxurious feeling. Everything looks so clean and well kept and the staff are incredible. Staff are all super friendly and truly seem like they aim to please. Absolutely stunning hotel with amazing staff. OUTSTANDING STAY WITH EXCEPTIONAL STAFF It's a mix of elegance and modernism, located in a fantastic area, rooms are well appointed, complete with stylish interior, spacious, with a perfect lighting, love all the touches, including the heated floor in the bathroom, bed and pillows are comfy, elevators direct people quickly no waiting time, service is impeccable from the time booking started receiving text messages with details and updates, soundproofing was a little bit an issue specifically during day time because the windows are not sealed but fortunately at the night the street is quite. Everything runs clockwise!!!

Gorgeous hotel with so much to do and see all around. The service here is superior. Hydra restaurant is wonderful. The entire staff made us feel like their most important guests. Very quiet, comfortable bed, honestly, everything here is wonderful. We are in Vancouver often and will definitely stay again. Thank you ExChange hotel for such a lovely stay.

We felt that for the money charged, the hotel did not meet the standards expected. The self parking situation was an abomination! Poorly set up, and the staff explanation of how to enter and exit was poor. Especially when we were charged daily for parking.

This was one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at! The staff at the front desk was so kind and personable. The hotel itself was safe, there was always someone at the front desk who would have to let guests in past a certain time. The area was great, everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The hotel was also very clean and kept up. Overall a great stay! Would recommend this to someone visiting.

Nice downtown hotel. Staff almost too attentive. Clean and modern. Quiet. Huge shower comfortable bed. Only minor complaint no proper wardrobe so not much room for clothes storage; freestanding rack instead with 2 drawers except one was full with what I think was extra bedding and the other with the safe. Would be better with more fitted cupboards and shelves. Hydra restaurant is great and having been a few years ago was a key reason we chose this hotel.
