Room was super hot and even Though we turned the heat off the heater kept turning on throughout the night and it was super loud so it kept waking us up. We didn’t sleep all night. It was awful.

We stayed at this hotel twice as a family travelling from Australia. The hotel was suitable to our needs and we took advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service and bag storage service (for a small fee). The staff were friendly and helpful, with the exception of the shuttle driver, who appeared to not really want to be there. We all enjoyed the breakfast provided in the cafe on the ground floor. Overall we would definitely stay again but we would be careful to check the room first. We found the quality of the rooms varied with various items of maintenance required in each room we were allocated (staff were happy to move us from one room where the balcony door did not close properly which was appreciated as it was minus something outside!). A complimentary late check out was provided as we had a later flight in the day which we were very grateful for. (Thank you Don)

The room was very run down and old despite a sign that said it had been newly renovated (mold marks and stains, peeling wallpaper, extremely dirty vents, etc). There is very little parking if you are not staying in the tower, and the lobby is a very far walk from the rooms and you must go outside to access the main building. When my room was cleaned, they failed to replenish the cream and sugar.

Terrible. It was reasonable and close to the airport with shuttle was the only up sides. Room not ready at 4pm when check in was at 3pm. After waiting for 20 min, we we given an awful room on the ground floor in separate building. Never again

Driver picked up at airport refused to bring my luggage to the van, I couldn’t lift up my luggage to him (he stood at the truck where luggage are) as my hand is injured, he said he is the driver and drives only. I think it was around 10:30pm at the domestic pick up.

The restaurant at hotel was Great! Also, the front desk saw us struggling with all our ski bags and gave us an upgraded room so we could fit more comfortable. Very convenient to airport.

Friendly, helpful staff. I was disappointed in a few things that are standard most places I’ve stayed. There were no bathrobes, the room was shown as an upgrade choice with a city view. Im at a loss as to what was an upgrade. 2nd floor, poor lighting, Street level, traffic noise and close to ground, buildings across street looked directly in my room. Restaurant is more of a Bar….extremely noisy and poor dining choices. Good servers!
